Beautiful nails, as a symbol of status, can show one’s good manners and temperament. Nail art, also known as nail design, refers to the process in which one’s nails are sterilized, cleaned, cared, maintained, reshaped and eventually beautified according to one’s requirements; including the shape of one’s hands, nails, skin and the color of clothing. Nail art boasts diverse characteristics.

Gold Foil Ornament

There's me again for last time today!

I had a lady - a friend of mine, that asked me to do her nails again for special occasion. She is going back to our country for some family celebration, so we had to choose something special. And I know that gold foil decoration design is the best for that.

One of her nails was broken, so I had to sculpt it. Lets see if you can spot the difference.

So I prep the nails and then started to apply Shellac - base coat, two coats of colour and then on the ring nails I outlined the flower and printed foil on it.
Then covered it with two coats of top coat to keep the foil for long time.

We decided to add some glittery polish at the tips of each nail to match with the decoration.

Red Mani with Flowers

Its me again!

I found something I didn't have time to show you last week.
I love red colour. What about you?

Lady was going to a concert so we decided that the red colour will be really suitable for the event.

Don't ask me I don't remember what branch nail polish I used.

I applied it in two coats. On ring nails I used French cream and painted flowers in three colours - white, black and red. Added some dots around them.

Black French and Flowers

Hello!

The third mani that I will show you today is black French with flowers.

I sponged the black polish over the nails. Then cover with glittery top coat.

Next step is to paint the flowers with acrylic paints, and at the end you need to seal the nails with top coat to prolonged your nail design.

My work last few days

Hello!

Hope you all are doing well. I was busy these days to post new staff.
Even now I don't feel well so I will show you quickly some of my new nails.

First one is fresh spring nails with lovely flowers on the ring nails, hand made with different colours.

The second mani is again with the same nail polish. But you can see some crystals, swirls, whatever you like.

Bourjois Tangerine Fatal 33 & Revlon 270 Stiletto

Both are so fresh and suitable for the spring, aren't they?

At the end I sealed them with Seche Vitte top coat - my favourite one :)

Lets Zip The Papaya

Hello!

I have had those zips for a long time and was thinking how exactly to make the design with them. So I made an attempt today, but not really successful I think.
Colours matched very well to be honest but I was really in rush to finish so I could make them excellent.

I have used Barry M Papaya 304 Jelly Hi - Shine in two coats. Then place the zips and sealed the water transfer decals with Seche Vitte top coat.

White French

Hello!

In the second design you can see white French, gold foil ornament and red tips..Quite easy, but with great effect, especially for those ones that don't like flowers and etc. on their nails.

Hope you like that one too. And do not forget to leave your comments. I like reading them :)

Black With One stroke Flowers

Hello!

I have two designs to show you todays. Hope you will like them both.

Lets see the first one

I love one stroke decoration and I keep practising every time I can. Today I decided to practice on nails, because it is a bit difficult due to the uneven surface. I will just mention that one stroke flowers are made with acrylic paints and then sealed with Seche Vitte fast dry top coat....

P.S. Forgot to add that  I cannot draw with left hand and therefor I used transfer technique to place the flowers on my right hand..This is how the flowers look made on plastic bag

Two Colours French

Hello!

I was inspired by another nail technician to do this design.

After you apply base coat on the nails with detail brush make the smile line of the French.
It is made by using flat brush and one stroke technique. With the two corners of the flat take two colours, one dark and one bright. Paint the tips. After it is completely dry, apply a glittery top coat on the tips only.

I reckon it is lovely French on its own, therefore you can leave the nails without any design.
Anyway if you decide you can paint some flowers, or whatever....

On the thumb and ring nails I have done white flower, and added some purple and black lines inside the petals. Outline the petals with black paint.
Make the gold stamen of the flower and some black wavy lines above.

Do not forget to seal it with topcoat. I always use Seche Vitte fast dry top coat.

Liquid Stones

Good Afternoon All!

I have just tried something really popular in my country, but here in UK is not.
We call it liquid stones. Why is it called like that?
The reason is these stones are made of builder gel mixed up with colour uv gel, glitter or foil. After you mix  the gel place it on the nail and shape it. You can make a frame first with just black painting gel or with foil and then made the stone. The other way of doing it is first shape the stone on the nail and then place rhinestones around it.

Lilac Foil & Flowers

Good morning Ladies,

Its lovely weather here in London ( unbelievable). Usually it rains and it is windy but not today. So happy :)

This makes me feel good and made such a lovely mani today.

I painted my nails in two coats in purple from Barry M Limited Edition Effects Lilac Foil 211. Just     left two nails on each hand and them I polished the free edge in white. Over that white base I applied flowers decals.

Then sealed with top coat, even the lilac nails to prolong my mani.

Embedded Glitter And Hot Pink Flowers

Good Evening Ladies!

I popped in to show you something new for, which I have tried today.
As the title shows I embedded glitter in gel natural overlay.

After shaping the nails and prep them, I applied a layer of hard gel over them. Then cure the nails for 2 mins in UV lamp. Then I added some white and some silver glitter just at the end of the nail. Then applied second layer of gel and cured. As finish I applied third layer of gel and cured.

Flowers are hand painted using Shellac Hot Pink. Cure again for 2 minutes.
Using First gel one stroke painting gel I outlined the flowers and made some strips and swirls, and cured again.

I sealed the design with UV top and cured for final 2 minutes.

One stroke designs

Good evening everyone!

It has been raining the whole day and was not busy at all, so I had time to create some new design and practised my one stroke skills.

This is  one amazing  technique, but needs more practise.

Lets see first the pictures
