Beautiful nails, as a symbol of status, can show one’s good manners and temperament. Nail art, also known as nail design, refers to the process in which one’s nails are sterilized, cleaned, cared, maintained, reshaped and eventually beautified according to one’s requirements; including the shape of one’s hands, nails, skin and the color of clothing. Nail art boasts diverse characteristics.

Shellac Nails Art - Part I

Good morning all,

I have just popped in to show what I promised you in my past post - shellac nail art.
Today we will see just some of my first designs, which I hope you will like.

The first one from left to right is dark red colour applied in two coats for full coverage and cured in UV lamp for 2 minutes ( as usual and of course after top coat). Then pick up detail brush and white shellac colour and paint flower, outline it with black colour, then cure it. After cover with top coat and cure for another 2 minutes. Wipe of tacky layer and its done. Add some white dots or glitter with regular polish.
Second nail - apply base coat, cure for 10 seconds, apply white and any dark colour and with detail brush blend colours, then cure for 2 minutes, top coat and cure for 2 minutes. Wipe of the tacky layer and done.
Third and fourth nails - base coat (cure for 10 seconds),apply red colour, cure for 2 minutes, then second layer (always apply thin layers and remember  TIN-WIN)  cure for 2 minutes. Add 3 dots with shellac Cream Puff and then with detail brush blend colours in you desired position or in the way I did it. Cure for 2 minutes, apply top coat and cure for another 2 minutes. Wipe off tacky layer and you are done.

Second picture - After base coat apply any colour you like as usual in two coats and cure. Then up and down draw thin lines of other colour and with detail brush blend colours. Then top coat and cure. Remove tacky layer and done...
Third picture is pretty much the same except second nail from left to right. After the main colour (usual application) draw two diagonal lines in down corner and with thin brush blend, Then cure for 2 minutes and after top coat, cured for 2 minutes.
On the next picture you can see some glitters added. To pick up the glitters you can use doting tool with damp end or any other tool or even thin/triangle brush, again slightly dipped in wipe of solution, Remember slightly damp just to be able to pick glitters from the pot.

There is something different and interesting. For the first nail I applied three bright colours and then cured them for 2 minutes. After I applied any dark colour ( I used Fedora),then pick your detail brush and create swirls, lines or whatever you wish.
Middle nail - after curing the dark colour  drop some bright colours as you see on picture. With your doting tool make them look like half circles . Add little dots with dark shellac colour. Then finish it with top coat and cure. Remove tacky layer.
Animal prints design - apply base coat and cure. Apply Fedora and cure ( 2 layers). In upper and down corner apply Strawberry smoothie  and in the middle Tutie Frutti and then cure for 2 minutes. With doting tool place dots and make them look like animal prints, then cure again after finish with coat.
Lets see and the last designs for today. Apply any bright colour (after base coat). Then cure as usual. After that choose any darker colour and with thin brush make hearts. Cure for 2 minutes. Apply top coat and cure. You can add some glitter polish.

These are the designs for today. Hope you love them.
Have Fun....
